Club Limitless is a premium men's self-improvement platform offering courses, community, and merchandise.

When you interact with Club Limitless we may collect:

• Account information (name, email, password, profile photo, preferences)
• Payment information (processed securely by Paystack — we do not store your card details)
• Course progress data and quiz responses
• Community posts, comments, and likes
• Shipping addresses (for shop orders)
• Affiliate referral data
• Communications you send us (support emails, applications)

When you visit the site we may automatically collect:

• IP address, device type, browser, and operating system
• Pages viewed, time on site, and referral source
• Cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy)
• Anonymised usage analytics via Google Analytics 4
• Advertising and conversion data via Meta Pixel (only with your consent)

We use your personal information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver courses, content, and community features you signed up for
• Process payments and ship physical products
• Send transactional emails (purchase confirmations, password resets, trial reminders)
• Send marketing communications where you have given consent
• Track affiliate referrals and pay commissions

We only share what is necessary, with:

• Paystack — payment processing
• Google Analytics — anonymised site usage
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — advertising optimisation (only with marketing consent)
• Resend / our email provider — transactional and marketing emails
• Our apparel supplier — shipping name and address only, only when you place an order
• Hosting providers (Lovable, Supabase) — secure infrastructure

We do NOT sell your personal data.

• Account data: while your account is active and for up to 7 years after deletion (tax and legal record-keeping)
• Marketing data: until you withdraw consent
• Payment records: 7 years, as required by South African tax law
• Anonymised analytics: indefinitely

You have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to processing for direct marketing
• Request data portability (a copy of your data in a portable format)
• Withdraw consent at any time

Some of our service providers operate servers outside South Africa. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information receives an equivalent level of protection.

Club Limitless is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact privacy@clublimitless.co.za and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encryption in transit (HTTPS), encrypted password storage, restricted database access, and regular security review — to protect your information. No system is 100% secure, but we take our duty of care seriously.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice. The "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
