Terms of Service

By accessing or using Club Limitless, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Club Limitless is a digital membership platform offering fitness, brand-building, and business courses, a private community, an apparel shop, and an affiliate program for men committed to self-improvement.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per person
• You must provide accurate, complete information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You are responsible for all activity on your account

• Tier 1 — Fitness Foundation: R44/month or R188 lifetime
• Tier 2 — Brand & Business: R269 lifetime
• Tier 3 — Elite & Scale: R2,888 (application required)

Prices may be displayed in USD but are charged in ZAR via Paystack. Prices may change with notice.

New members receive a 7 calendar day free trial granting access to Day 1–7 of selected programs. Access to Day 8 and beyond requires a paid membership. The trial ends automatically after 7 days regardless of how much content you have completed.

• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel
• You can cancel anytime from your profile
• Lifetime purchases are once-off and do not renew
• Failed payments may result in suspension of access
• All charges are processed in ZAR via Paystack

Refunds for Tier 1 (Fitness Foundation) and Tier 2 (Brand & Business) are subject to PROVEN ENGAGEMENT requirements:

(a) Request submitted within 30 days of original purchase (b) Member completed at least 70% of the first 30 days (minimum 21 days completed) (c) Member submitted at least 3 weekly reflections demonstrating engagement (d) Member followed program structure as designed

Members who fail to meet engagement requirements waive their right to refund. This protects the integrity of the program and ensures fairness to engaged members.

By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this engagement-based refund standard.

Full policy at /refund-policy. Elite: refundable within 14 days AND before your first 1:1 call. Custom apparel (print-on-demand): not refundable unless defective. Refund requests: refunds@clublimitless.co.za. Processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Club Limitless a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform and in our marketing.

You are responsible for what you post. The following are prohibited:

• Harassment, hate speech, or discrimination
• Illegal content, threats, or incitement
• Spam or repetitive promotional posts
• Self-promotion outside the affiliate program
• Sharing of pirated or copyrighted material without permission
• Doxxing or posting others' personal information

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or ban accounts at our discretion. Copyright takedown requests: legal@clublimitless.co.za

Members may earn commission on referred purchases under our affiliate program. Rules:

• No spam, no false advertising, no incentivised clicks
• Payouts are processed monthly with a minimum of R900 (approximately $50)
• Self-referrals are not eligible
• Violation of these rules results in forfeiture of unpaid earnings and removal from the program

• Do not share account credentials
• Do not reverse-engineer the platform
• Do not use automated bots or scrapers
• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of the Service

All course content, videos, written materials, branding, logos, and design elements are owned by Club Limitless. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access this content for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly display the content without written permission.

Fitness and nutrition content is for educational purposes only and is NOT medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Exercise carries inherent risk of injury. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and release Club Limitless from liability for any injury, illness, or loss arising from following our programs.

Our brand and business courses teach skills and frameworks. We do NOT guarantee any specific income, earnings, or business outcomes. Individual results depend on effort, skill, market conditions, and many factors outside our control. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Club Limitless shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to the community. Refunds following termination for breach are at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent South African courts. Where applicable, consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (ECT Act) remain unaffected.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
