Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Fitness Foundation and Brand & Business — but only for members who actually do the work. This isn't a "buy it and forget about it" refund policy. We protect the members who genuinely try the system and don't get results. We don't protect people who never opened the program.

1. Who Qualifies For a Refund

To request a refund on Tier 1 (Fitness Foundation) or Tier 2 (Brand & Business), you must meet ALL of the following within 30 days of purchase:

  • Completed at least 21 of the first 30 daily lessons (70%)
  • Submitted at least 3 weekly reflections (Week 1, Week 2, and Week 3)
  • Followed the program as designed (workouts, content tasks, daily challenges)
  • Submitted your request within 30 days of purchase

If you meet these requirements and still didn't see meaningful results, we'll refund you in full. No hard feelings.

2. Why This Policy Exists

Transformation requires effort. The members who succeed are the ones who show up daily. The members who fail are the ones who never start.

We can't refund people who didn't do the work — that wouldn't be fair to the members who did. This policy keeps the bar high and the brotherhood strong.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email refunds@clublimitless.co.za with:

1. Your full name 2. Order number or Paystack reference 3. Date of purchase 4. Reason for the refund request 5. Brief summary of what you tried

We'll review your engagement data (completed days, weekly reflections, progress photos) and respond within 7 business days.

If approved → refunded to the original payment method within 14 business days. If denied → we'll explain why and offer alternatives (extended access, pause, switch tiers).

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Only your FIRST monthly payment is eligible for the engagement-based refund above. Subsequent monthly payments are not refundable — cancel anytime from your profile to stop future charges.

5. Elite Tier Refunds

Elite refunds are available within 14 days of payment AND before your first 1:1 call with Ricardo. Once the first call has taken place, services are considered rendered and no refund is available.

6. Shop & Apparel Refunds

Custom apparel is print-on-demand. For this reason:

  • No refunds for change of mind or wrong size selection
  • Defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge
  • Send a clear photo of the defect within 14 days of delivery to support@clublimitless.co.za
  • Replacement is the standard remedy; refund may be offered if replacement is not possible

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination and forfeiture of any earned affiliate commissions.
